2. Products and Custom Orders
•   We offer vinyl graphics and related products, including custom text and or non text designs submitted by users.
•   By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you have the rights to any custom content submitted.
•   Custom orders may be subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject designs that violate our content guidelines.

3. Pricing and Payment
•   All prices are listed in US dollar and are subject to change without notice.
•   Payment must be made in full at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
•   We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery
•   Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and order complexity.
•   We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the user.

5. Returns and Refunds
•   Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
•   If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within [3] business days of delivery with photos and order details at contact@jjoutlawcreations.com.

6. Intellectual Property
•   All content on the Site, including product images, designs, and branding, is owned by JJ Outlaw Creations LLC or its licensor.
•   You retain ownership of custom designs you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for production and marketing purposes.

  • If we like a custom design submitted we will reach out and ask for permission to add to our library.
    •   You agree not to submit designs that infringe on third-party rights or contain offensive content. Such as: pornographic imagery, or any other content that may incite violence and or condone discrimination.
  • This is not legal advice. The US and all 50 states have obscenity laws, however it has been argued more then once in court decals and graphics are covered under first amendment free speech unless they directly unless they directly violate the above mentioned. 
  • We are not held legally liable damages and or compensation in any way. Any custom decals made that violate these statuses or applicable laws. Are your (the customers) responsibility.

7. User Accounts
•   You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features.
•   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability
•   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
•   Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

•   We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
